When you visit this site or contact us, we process the following data:

• Access data - each time a page is opened, the web server stores the IP address, date and time, the address requested, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the browser identifier (user agent) and the other technical details your browser sends with the request, such as your preferred language. This data is used only to find faults and detect attacks and is deleted automatically after 7 days at the latest
• Contact data - when you write to us by WhatsApp, email, phone or the contact form on this site, we process the details you give us in order to answer your enquiry
• Appointment booking - name, contact details and preferred time, to manage your appointment, including a reminder by email the day before if you gave us an address

3. WhatsApp and web chat

This business uses an AI assistant for appointment booking and client communication (WhatsApp and/or the web chat on this site). WhatsApp communication runs through the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms). Messages are stored so that your enquiry can be handled. The assistant uses language models from external providers to process messages.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). The services named in sections 3, 6 and 7 may also process data outside the European Union.

5. Cookies and consent

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Technically necessary functions use your browser's localStorage, among other things to remember your consent choice. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie settings button on this site.

6. Google Maps

This site embeds maps from Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.). The map is loaded only after you have given your consent. Loading it transmits data, including your IP address, to Google. Google's privacy policy applies.

7. Third-party services

• Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o.) - This site loads fonts from Bunny Fonts, a privacy-friendly European service. Your browser connects to servers in the EU.
• Unsplash - Some images are loaded from Unsplash. The Unsplash privacy policy applies.

8. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law. Appointment and communication data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and deleted on request. Enquiries sent through the contact form are deleted after twelve months.

You have the right to:

• Rectification - have incorrect data corrected
• Erasure - ask for your data to be deleted
• Restriction - limit how your data is processed
• Portability - receive your data in a digital format
• Objection - object to the processing of your data
